Refund assessment
No automatic refund entitlement, fixed percentage, non-refundable deposit or unconditional refund commitment is stated here. Any refund or adjustment is assessed according to the agreed terms, work completed and applicable mandatory rights. The method and timing of any agreed refund are confirmed directly.
Changes, pauses and delays
If you wish to pause work or change scope, discuss revised milestones, costs and delivery expectations before further production. Delays or unmet deliverables should be raised promptly so the parties can agree a reasonable next step.
Revisions and disputes

Owner confirmation
